In the program of Education Blue Book, the survey about satisfaction level of China Education System of the year gained much attention of the public. It is an important goal for the education to satisfy common people. Therefore, the introduction of the public satisfaction index of education is not only an important method to evaluate the development condition of China’s education reform, but also has an effect of leading public to participate in monitoring education development.
